Such a system, based on artificial intelligence, makes it possible to produce small batches efficiently, especially in small and medium enterprises. The IMPACT project addresses the complex decision-making problem of task assignment to resources across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, civil construction, and agriculture.
The objective of the project is to create an infrastructure and know-how to allow Fraunhofer Italia to conduct applied research in the areas of AR and VR applied to automation.
